Wow, I can't believe that it is more than 2 years since I posted. I have been so busy, I forgot that I had a blog!!!

I have recently co trained on the first module of a fabulous NLP Practitioner Programme with my very good friend Helen Golstein and the group have set up a blog. They are posting amazing content and it has prompted me to visit the world of blogging again!!

Watch this space. I may be inspired to write again before another 2 years passes!!!!!!
